Abstract

In order to investigate the effect generated by straw resource utilization, we take Jilin Province as an example to estimate the Jilin Province straw reserves, distribution differences between cities and present situation of development and utilization, look up and arrange the data of economic, social and ecological benefits about 8 kinds of straw resources utilization mode, use multi-objective programming method for solving the straw distribution ratio in different utilization patterns, estimate the economic, social and ecological benefits of straw resource utilization. Based on above research, high added value of the large-scale exploitation and utilization should be vigorously promoted in Jilin Province, for example, straw is used in the production of cellulosic ethanol. Meanwhile, the number of family non-scale development use is supposed to increase, straw can be used in the cul-tivation of edible fungi. Methane and molding fuel project should be carried out based on local conditions. In addition to coal, oil, natural gas, straw resources are the fourth major resources, it has been widely concerned by people with low sulfur and nitrogen content. Although the current coal, oil and natural gas are still the main source of fuel and organic chemical raw materials, as non renewable energy, the increasing depletion of its resources and the growing concern of people to the environmental quality have caused many regional economic development to be severely restricted. Therefore, the development of clean new energy and renewable energy becomes very urgent. At present, the research on the crop straw resources is the economic
