The phenomenon of globalization brought with it various changes in the world order, having a special impact on the ways of making commercial law, through this phenomenon was passed from a national commercial right to a commercial right of international Court, In this they were sought solutions to provide an effective resolution to the conflicts that were derived from the new ways of doing trade. By virtue of this the present research article deals with the two main mechanisms, unification and harmonization, which have been developed to respond to these problems and in which the progress that they have provided is tangibility observed. In the international order, therefore, various doctrinal positions and legal frameworks will be presented, in order to understand the functionality, breadth and development that these schemes have provided to a new legal order known as International Trade Law. In which pursues as purpose states can match and collaborate to ensure the necessary legal certainty to the contractual parties of the new schemes of commercial businesses in order to achieve an expansion of the same.
