Abstract

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is an analysis technique to evaluate the properties of a component without causing damage to it. SONIC Analysis is one technique of NDT using sound. This Paper discusses in detail—implementation of Remote Health Monitoring of SONIC Analysis Plant. The system has been developed over the last few years, with each interaction bringing more remote access and automation to the plant. We discuss the plant as it evolved and how different aspects of Remote Engineering and Remote Health Monitoring were implemented with each interaction. The paper also discusses the outcomes of the initial model to the later models. The discussion about the advantages of the Non Destructive method are highlighted. The System of Consists of 3 three parts: (1) The Physical Testbed (2) Cloud Server for Data processing and (3) HMI for user interaction. The Key outcomes include: (1) Ensured Uptime of the system (2) Provide statistical Reports (3) Remote Diagnosis.
