Abstract

The literature research has found that the knowledge innovation transformation mechanism of university researchers from the perspective of resource conservation theory (COR) in dynamic environment is a hot topic in the field of academic research. In this paper, the 6 universities of Shandong Province, 472 scientific research teachers as the research object, using the method of Bootstrapping test found: (1) organizational learning ability has an important influence on Teachers’ scientific research innovation behavior, the effect of internal and external interaction is better than participation in decision-making; (2) the environment dynamic learning ability and innovation behavior in Inter Organizational play a positive regulatory role, and in the uncertain environment, making more obvious effect than the external interaction. The research conclusion provides a theoretical basis for promoting innovative behavior of scientific research personnel in universities, and has theoretical and practical significance.
