Abstract

If the Constitutions of developping countries do acknowledge and guarantee the rights of the women and equality between men and women, there still exists an inbalance in many ways, either in family life or in the professional one. As concerns family, be it as a child or a wife, the women still has to undergo personal and even physical constraints. At work, many inequalities can also be seen. Many women, pushed by the spirit of emancipation, accept it as a challenge, with dynamism and openess. They pays in fact a non negligeable role in the economic, domestic and also in wellbeing of the Nation. There however remains the need to acknowledge this fact and provide the necessary means to achieve this ambition.
