Abstract

In the light of the risk of a hollow corporation, as mentioned in the previous chapter and given above all the tendency toward excessive decentralization of operative responsibilities – with the ensuing dissolution of unitary entrepreneurial action – it becomes vital to focus attention on the significance of strategies. Strategies become the key element for adequate governance of corporate behavior.
