Abstract

A program package to analyse nucleotide sequences of DNA and RNA on a minicomputer is described. The package ‘DNAW’ is designed for rapid analysis of strictly known data to support the well known programmes of Rodger Stadeen for the analysis of partially known DNA-sequences.
