Public sector organizations in the society 5.0 era have the potential to face various changes, environ-mental uncertainties, and different tasks. Such conditions require a strategic emphasis that com-bines the Human Resource Management orientation and practices. It is recommended that public sector organizations in the society5.0 era possess an analytical framework specific to their needs. The framework is developed from organizational orientations, practices, and innovations to assist public sector organizations' leaders in identifying the organization's strategic orientationand practices.
