This text addresses pedagogical devices of Health and (in) Health Education using as a background the theme of life medicalization. It considers the theoretical perspective of the Philosophy of Difference and operates with the image of thought as a way to produce the new by means of the experience and the pedagogical device of “workshop-classes”. Cartography has been used as a research method. The main idea of a Lifetime Clinic is presented as a micro-political operation to mobilize immanent processes in Health and Education. Finally, it points out three instants: the Utopian Instant as the support of the little lights; the Any Instant for shrapnel production; and the Ludic-Pedagogical Instant as a possibility of a child-becoming. As a result, writing talks about ways of caring and producing health in contemporaneity.
