Abstract

It is well known that ARIZ constitutes the paradox of being the most powerful tool of TRIZ but also the least used. This lack of enthusiasm for its use is largely due to its apparent complexity and the feeling that this tool remains the prerogative of experts. Its algorithmic nature has questioned us to the point of investigating whether, today, modern numerical techniques could not, without distorting its structure, make it more accessible. This article presents our analysis of the state of the art on this subject, the methodology proposed for its evolution, its collaborative web development, how will be conducted its first tests and the way to measure its attractiveness rate to Internet users trained or not at TRIZ. Our hypothesis based on previous studies using classical ARIZ shows that the catch rate with an online collaborative application is potentially much higher than in a paper version and allows us to consider more serenely future usage of ARIZ in industrial situation or academic training curricula.
