Abstract

To explore the therapeutic strategy of sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy (SHML). The six patients with SHML were treated with different therapeutic strategies. Two of six patients were treated with radiation therapy and chemical therapy resulting in tumor lessened markedly. The tumor of other four cases disappeared after comprehensive treatment including operation, immunity and interferon therapy. The comprehensive therapy, mainly including surgical treatment, is effective for SHML.
