Abstract

Distance education for judicial examination training is different from face-to-face teaching. The difference is mainly reflected in the authority and the pertinence of the teaching content. In addition, distance education can save the cost of hiring well-known experts as it in the field of face to face. However the actual effect of distance teaching method has achieved in the judicial examination training is poor. The main reason lies in the lack of teaching process among many reasons. Some measures must be taken to improve the teaching effect of distance judicial examination training: firstly we must solve the problem of short-term behavior of educational institutions, also should we strengthen the communication and inter-action between teachers and students in the teaching process.
