Abstract

The aim of this work is to expose the future of constitutional justice from the approach of the challenges it faces in the immediate future. In particular, the analysis focuses on the hypothesis of multilevel constitutional justice and the need for States to integrate into it, to reinforce its effectiveness. All this, without forgetting the sense of constitutional justice and the role it plays in the rule of law. The work concludes with a reflection on the Spanish Constitutional Court and its recent reforms to ensu-re compliance with its resolutions.
