Abstract

The article substantiates the technology of industrial packaging of natural healing hydrogen bicarbonate sodium waters of medium and high mineralization containing iron. The technological solution is based on adding a solution of ascorbic acid by injecting natural water directly into the pipe at the well during its extraction using a unique installation. Ascorbic acid, forming a complex compound with iron, stabilizes the chemical composition of water. The results of physical and chemical studies proved the quality of packaged healing water when stored for 16 months. Recommendations have been developed for improving the production technology of natural healing water, boric bicarbonate sodium water of medium and high mineralization, which contains iron. Results of the work provide a reason to apply this technology of stabilization of sodium bicarbonate natural healing waters of medium and high mineralization, which contain iron, with ascorbic acid to preserve the quality of packaged water in comparison with the primary natural source and to use them in non-resort conditions for the treatment and prevention of diseases.
