This report involves a rare case of a 74-year-old man who presented with a progressivel increasing swelling in the right groin, which represented a squamous cell bladder carcinom herniating into the right inguinal canal. The manuscript discusses the role of multimodalit imaging in bladder carcinoma presenting as an inguinoscrotal hernia. The patient subsequentl underwent treatment with a chemotherapy regimen consisting of 5-fluorouracil an mitomycin, which was extrapolated from squamous cell carcinoma of the anal canal, an responded well.
