Abstract

In current financial system individual skill-set and training are given much priority which inversely requires more time. A proper education tailored to the needs of each individual learner in terms of better job, ability to think and application of acquired knowledge forms a gap in most of the system. In another way, education system need to be more practical oriented and advance training are much awaited transformation required to achieve betterment towards the competency. With many blended models this competency goal can be easily reached. This paper open up some factors needed for competence measurement in higher education using blended models.
