Abstract

The paper discusses Business Process Modeling from the viewpoint of application system development. It highlights the needs for having a business processes model (BMP) when developing a new generation of applications. Requirements for BMP suitable for application development are specified, and a version of BMP that satisfies the requirements is presented.
