Abstract

The review describes the concept and properties associated with a healthy organization from the positive psychology approach. To map the scientific evidence published between 2011 and 2020, the scoping review methodology was employed; and to examine the content and methodological characteristics of the publications, a thematic analysis was performed in this scoping review. Given that most of the studies identified using the healthy and resilient organization model, it is clear that there is a significant space for its application and benefits, especially in Latin American contexts. The challenges of adopting a more comprehensive health conceptual framework, taking into account the multidimensional and dynamic nature of health, from a systemic perspective, are discussed.
