Abstract

Based on genetic data we created the decision support system to classify and later on to predict the illness among the children with genetic susceptibility to DMT1. The system can recommend including a person to pre-diabetes therapy. While creating the system the classification problems appeared. Some of the algorithms based on the rough set theory have been applied to improve the classification accuracy. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.
