Abstract

Immunoglobulins G, A, and M were quantitied in sera from healthy children of various ages by using a standard related to the international reference preparation for human serum immunoglobulins. The results, expressed in International Units per milliliter, provide a basis for the establishment of normal immunoglobulin values in different laboratories.
