Protocols for the identification and isolation of antigen-presenting cells in human and mouse tissues

Abstract

The efficient processing of both mouse and human tissues is a valuable technique for characterizing tissueassociated immune cells. Here, we describe the techniques used and optimised within our laboratory for the enrichment and identification of antigen-presenting cells across a number of mouse and human tissues.
