The role of noninvasive imaging for patients with suspected coronary artery disease (CAD) has expanded rapidly over the past few decades. The growth and refinement of noninvasive modalities have occurred in both anatomic imaging (cardiac computed tomography [CCT]) and functional imaging (stress echocardiography, nuclear stress myocardial perfusion imaging-MPI, and stress magnetic resonance imaging-MRI).
