Experience of application of explosives detectors by forensic science units of the Ministry of Interior of Russian Federation

Abstract

At present due to the increasing of terrorist activity all over the world, especially against transport objects and infrastructure, application and creation of new types of reliable explosive's detection systems for inspection of passenger and cargo traffic becomes more and more significant. According to the analysis of international experience such systems should be multistage. © 2006 Springer.
