Abstract

The objective of this paper is to analyze the relationship between spatial divisions and genre divisions in the social construction of fear as an essential element of ways of living from the spatial experience of women as a collective group. This research focuses on the case of a popular settlement in Mexico City, stressing the spatial dimensions of fear of violence and its relationship with spatial and genre justice.
