Abstract

A design science research approach is chosen to address the outlined research gaps and ensure both, relevance and rigor, throughout the process. Infiltrating design thinking approaches into the design science research process (DSRP) further supports the development of an appropriate artifact. Eventually yielding a design artifact, the research process inevitably produces a design theory for action and use.
