Abstract

Our knowledge about the effects on nature in temperate climate zones of livestock grazing and the grazing of breeds and species of animals similar to livestock has improved a lot in the last few years (see e.g., Beinlich and Plachter 1995; Finck et al. 2004; Redecker et al. 2002). © 2010 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
