Abstract

The heritage can be considered like everything what the man has and who has been bequeathed him by its ancestors. All this wealth has extreme importance for the development of the tourism. But as well as the heritage allows the development of the tourism also can be seen negatively affected by this activity. Therefore it is necessary that a sustainable development of the tourism considers; a development model that obtains economic benefits of the heritage but that it allows that this it is revitalized and it revalues as well.
