Abstract

This article aims to study the behavior of the Moroccan citizen towards the use of the services of the electronic administration. As part of this work, we have chosen the UTAUT model to determine the factors that affect individuals’ decision to use online services. Thus, a quantitative study was carried out using a questionnaire administered to 455 individuals. The data analysis was carried out with two statistical software namely SPSS 24 and AMOS 22 for structural equations (SEM). Therefore, the results revealed significant influences of performance expectancy and effort expectancy on behavioral intention, as well as positive influences of intention and facilitating conditions on usage behavior. However, social influence had no influence on intention. This study will help to identify the factors that encourage the use of electronic administration in order to strengthen them and to detect adoption disabilities in order to improve them.
