Abstract

The paper deals with the problem of sensor fault-tolerant control for non-linear MIMO systems. The proposed strategy is based on fault estimation strategy. The H∞approach is used to design the observer. Subsequently, the control strategy for the system with faulty sensors is proposed. The fault-tolerant controller is designed in such a way as to achieve the H∞performance and tolerate predefined sensor faults. The final part shows an illustrative example with an implementation to a twin-rotor system.
