Abstract

This concluding section provides a summary of Bipolar Depression: Molecular Neurobiology, Clinical Diagnosis and Pharmacotherapy. Although current knowledge of mood disorders and their neurobiology is expanding steadily, comparatively little is known about bipolar depression in particular. The purpose of this book was to bring together clinicians and researchers, in order to offer the most up-to-date information about the diagnosis, treatment, and research surrounding bipolar depression.
