Abstract

The object of this research is that the development of a strategic monitoring device would be likely to activate and to perpetuate company's organizational innovation. In order to look further into this assumption, a leading SME on its market was used as context to the research. With this intention, the case study presented in this article looks at demonstrating that integration of vigilance in the organization as an influence on the information system and human resources. It is beneficial for the emergence and the implementation of innovation by internal development necessary to maintain its competitive market position. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
