Abstract

This short paper presents a high-level model aimed to obtain uniform functionality and performance of the services provided within a healthy smart city. The model is based on a three-layer architecture and uses an overlay network to provide enhanced network and semantic functionality. This is a novel approach that incorporates the use of health-related data coming from different information sources to provide smart health services along the city.
