Abstract

With resource-based view as the theoretical support, against the research background of "industrial strategic inflection point", this paper selects from theoretical plane four key resource factors influencing enterprise performance i.e. innovative ability, human capital, physical capital and slack resources, and discusses their relations with sustainable growth of enterprises, laying a theoretical foundation for further empirical research. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2014.
