Abstract

The European Commission has adopted a Strategic Framework on Health and Safety at Work 2014–2020. This document identifies three major challenges for health and safety at work. The first is improvement of implementation of existing health and safety rules, in particular by enhancing the capacity of Micro and Small Enterprises (SME) to put in place effective and efficient risk prevention strategies. Next is improvement of the prevention of work-related diseases by tackling new and emerging risks without neglecting existing risks. The third challenge is tackling demographic change. This article shows selected aspects and tools connected with introduce the Strategic Framework in the industrial environment, with high level of automation & robotics. The Online Interactive Risk Assessment (OiRA), a web platform providing sectoral risk assessment tools, is presented. Authors propose an approach for creation of OHS trainings, dedicated for A&R manufacturing installations. There are discussed training curriculum and dedicated ICT training solution.
