Abstract
It was found out that Hainan's county tourism development level was low with large internal diversity. County tourism development level was closely related with its geographical site, economic development level, tourism resource quality and policy support. It was suggested that Hainan county should take the significant opportunity of International Tourism Island construction, and pay much attention to transportation, marketing and tourism service improvement in order to achieve better achievement. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
