O homem e o pós-estruturalismo foucaultiano: implicações nos estudos organizacionais

Abstract

O bjetiva-se neste artigo problematizar o conceito de Homem contido na corrente pós-estruturalista e seu rompimento com a visão tradicional do Homem da modernidade, demonstrando suas implicações para os estudos organizacionais. Dessa forma, aborda-se a fragilidade e armadilhas presentes na analítica da finitude contida no pensamento da modernidade e busca-se trazer, por meio de uma análise do pensamento de Michel Foucault, uma outra forma de se enxergar o Homem e de se analisar o seu discurso. Para tanto, abordamos o que seria a concepção de Homem contida na modernidade, comparando-a com a perspectiva foucaultiana. Foucault provoca uma desantropomorfização na análise dos fenômenos organizacionais e demonstra que as relações de trabalho são relações de poder e não apenas relações de produção.The aim of this article is the problematized Man's concept contained in the post structuralism and your breaking with the Man's traditional vision in the studies of the modernity, demonstrating its implications for the organizational studies. This way, it is approached the fragility and traps in the analytic of the finitude contained in the thought of the modernity and to bring through an analysis of Michel Foucault's thought another form of to understand the Man and analyzing your speech. For so much, we approached what would be man's conception contained in the modernity, comparing it with the Man's perspective in Foucault's thought. Therefore, Foucault does a desanthropomorphism in the analysis of the organizational phenomena and he demonstrates that the work relationships are relationships of power and not just production relationships.
