Research on the three-dimensional teaching resources

Abstract

This paper summarizes the present situation of three-dimensional teaching resources, gives its characteristics and advantages. Based on comprehensive analysis, discusses a design of this three-dimensional teaching resources model. And an application of this model is shown. This model includes three subsystems, teaching resources, teaching process and teaching evaluation. It is a cover of the whole teaching process. In this three-dimensional space, teachers could carry on many kinds of teaching activities, including theory teaching, experimental teaching and learning, self-learning, team cooperation and workshop. Such three-dimensional teaching system based on network provides improving learning evaluation and efficient information feedback. All forms of teaching resources, which are supported by information technology and multimedia technology, are presented in different media. This teaching system can satisfy the interactive teaching and learning, the resource diversity and the optimization of teaching evaluation. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
