Abstract
The extent of the information systems success is based on various determinants including the organizational politics. This area wasn't discussed deeply by researchers. Thus a comprehensive understanding of information systems remains fuzzy and elusive in this area. In an attempt to address this situation a comprehensive model was developed. Although this model is not empirically tested, it tries to explain the impact of organizational politics forms (avoiding, competing, accommodating, compromising, and collaborative) on the information systems success dimensions (system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefits). © Springer Science+Business Media B.V. 2010.
