Abstract

Replication can improve performance, availability and reliability of services. However, its application raises several design and implementation problems. One of them is non-determinism of processing on replicas. We propose a "design pattern" for structuring the service so that it is possible to overcome the problem. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.
