This study aims to study the effect of outcome-based performance management on the performance of state civil servants, and also examine the role of perceived organizational support in mediating the relationship of outcome-based performance management to the performance of civil servants in the Aceh government. In addition, this study also examines the role of employee sincerity in involving themselves in moderating the relationship between exogenous and endogenous variables. From a total of 505 questionnaires distributed, as many as 435 respondents returned the questionnaires and 84 of them were declared invalid, so that the total questionnaire used in this study was 351. outcome-based performance management in the Aceh government environment, it has a significant positive effect and is the only antecedent that is considered to be able to directly improve employee performance. Outcome-based performance management in the Aceh government environment positively and significantly affects employees' perceptions of their institutions where they believe that the organization supports them in achieving performance. The results of this study are expected to contribute to enriching the repertoire of knowledge, especially in the field of performance management.Outcome-based performance management is a performance management practice that has never been applied before in government institutions in Indonesia.
