Abstract

In this paper, we propose a simple, fast and high-capacity steganographic method based on division arithmetic and LSB replacement methods. That is to say, it firstly generates a quotient block using the division arithmetic to decide the embedding quality and then replace the bits of pixels with hiding secret. The experimental results show that our proposed method not only keeps the advantages of LSB replacement technique, but also enhances the method's security. © 2012 Springer Science+Business Media.
