Abstract

Synonyms Band pass filters; Bandpass tunable filter; LC filters; RF filters; RF MEMS reconfigurable filter; Tunable filter Definition Tunable RF MEMS filters are defined as microelectromechanical filters for radio frequency (RF) applications that (a) are capable of tuning or reconfiguring and (b) may use microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) switches or capacitors for realizing the tuning, e.g., the frequency or bandwidth.
