Penyimpangan Terhadap Tradisi Tunangan Pada Masyarakat Ganding (Studi Living Qur’an Terhadap Konsep Realitas Budaya)

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to identify the deviant traditions that are widely practiced by the people of Ganding Sumenep, regarding engagement traditions. In line with this, the Ganding community is a modern community that is religious. This, as in society, continues to actively seek religious knowledge in several daily practices. However, the Ganding people also indirectly believe in myths and primitive cultural practices more than the truth in religion regarding engagement. This research is descriptive qualitative research with the type of field research. Some of the methods used in this research are in-depth observations based on findings of facts in the field and texts through five-sensory experiences in order to test theories and hypotheses. Then use interview techniques and case studies to make it more relevant to the research object. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses three stages: reduction, presentation and data verification.
