Abstract
Chapter 7 examines the roles of past and current policy initiatives from the formative years of the Chinese telecommunication industry and the early days of Going Out to the present. It also discusses the immense impact that new drives and challenges will have on the Chinese telecommunication industry following the latest changes in China’s policy towards Africa.
