Abstract

In this chapter we deal with the problem of determining the magnetic field if we know a time independent current density J. This problem is known as magnetostatics problem and it will be studied in a bounded domain in terms of different scalar and vector fields. In the last part of the chapter we will introduce distributed and lumped magnetic circuits.
