The chapter intends to explore how culture and education in Romania influence and/or encourage entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial values, and ethical and socially responsible behavior in business. It provides an empirical analysis and focuses on three main aspects: (1) the connection between education and entrepreneurship, (2) risk aversion in entrepreneurship, and (3) ethics, social responsibility, and entrepreneurship. Foregrounded by an overview of the literature, the case study tests a series of hypotheses and involved the administration of a survey consisting of 17 items measured on a 5-point Likert scale. The questionnaire was administered in paper-pencil version to 86 respondents, mainly entrepreneurs and managers from Romania. Findings are detailed in the analysis of the answers, as well as in the Conclusions section of the chapter.
