Abstract

This study discusses the application of the Iqra method in Qur'anic education at the Muhammadiyah Banjarbaru Natural Elementary School. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the application of the Iqra method in Qur'anic education at Muhammadiyah Banjarbaru Natural Elementary School and the factors that influence it. Based on the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Iqra method in Qur'anic education at Muhammadiyah Banjarbaru Natural Elementary School and the factors that influence it. Subjects in this study were Qur'anic educators and students of grade 5 Muhammadiyah Banjarbaru Natural Elementary School. While the object under study is the application of the Iqra method in Qur'anic education at the Muhammadiyah Banjarbaru Primary School. Data collection techniques in this study use observation, interview, and documentation techniques. While the data processing technique is done by editing, data classification, and interpretation of data, then analyzed descriptively qualitative and concluded inductively. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the application of the Iqra method in the Al- Qur'an education that has been implemented by the Muhammadiyah Banjarbaru Natural Elementary School has gone well. This can be seen through the learning outcomes of students using the Iqra method, in which the students can develop the Qur'an well. Even though there are still some students who are still not right in reading the Qur'an. The factors that influence the application of the Iqra method in the Al-Qur'an education of the Muhammadiyah Banjarbaru Natural Elementary School include the following: (1) Student Factors. (2) Educator Factors. (3) Environmental Factors. (4) Relationship Factors. (5) Time Allocation Factors. All of these factors are influencing and supporting the application of the Iqra method in Al-Qur'an education
