Abstract

In order to survive, a company must focus its efforts on generating revenue in the face of competition. This requires that all the employers, managers and teams pull together to achieve the company goals, a requirement which sadly can get derailed by internal organizational conflict. In order to keep your employees focused on being productive and bettering the competition, it is necessary to understand the causes of organizational conflict.
