Abstract

The article discusses digital technologies in the Russian retail: “Big Data”, “Omni-channel”, “e-commerce”, pool of IT projects, IT strategy, corporate approaches to the construction of infrastructure and use of the services, the core of IT-solutions for business: predictive analytics, product and financial planning, development of customer loyalty; automation of transport logistics; introduction of anti-fraud systems (anti-fraud); self-service in the cash area; online collection; development and implementation of retail IT-equipment (mobile terminals, scan- ners, tablets); the development of the AR—and VR-systems (augmented and virtual reality) in fashion retail and DIY segment of the retail sector; assessment of the market volume of internet trade; determines a variety of factors of internet xom- merce, the demand for IT outsourcing businesses.
