Abstract

The previous chapter presented the use of the alignment technique to compute precision. This chapter provides alternatives to the basic alignment approach to analyze different types of scenarios. In particular, it concentrates on the use of several optimal alignments and the directionality of those alignments. In the next chapter, the approach to check precision based on alignments is put into practice.
